Knitter's Boot Camp

An intense 16 week, 8 class course that takes a proficient knitter to the next level. Learn a multitude of advanced techniques ranging from cast-ons to afterthought pockets.  This is not a beginner course, so if you feel ready to take on some advanced skills, this is the class for you!

Learn to Knit

Join Peg, Elizabeth or Eija to learn the basics of knitting. In two sessions you will learn to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. All of the skills needs to make your first project! Classes are scheduled every Monday and Thursday at 4:00pm and 6:00pm and Saturday mornings at 10:30am.

If you have a group of four or more, we will scedule a time for your group.

Knitting 102

What's next...after knits and purls? Learn stockinette, rib and seed stitiches andlon with most often used increase and decreases. Introduction to circular knitting and basic pattern reading.

Love hand knit socks, hate double points? Learn to knit socks the “Magic Loop” way. A long circular needle replaces those pesky double points. Join Eija for a fun class that simplifies socks. Two sessions: $25.00

Learn to Knit Socks

Learn to knit socks your way! Your choice of double point needles, Magic Loop , short circular or 2 circ. needles --- even knitting 2 socks at the same time. The variety of socks is endless. Beware, knitting socks can be addictive! Learn to knit socks is a two-part class. Classes are weekly so you can go at your own pace…your two sessions don’t need to be consecutive weeks, but they must be complete within six weeks. Check our calendar for the sock method of your choice.
